19eb70c492 Replace ckeditor with tinymce (#30) 
* Replace ckeditor with tinymce due to deprecation
* Remove any ckeditor dependency from old migrations
   Disable alters, replace create with plain models.TextField
* Reformat files
* Add more hardening in image_upload
